    Huigsloot Robotics bv specialises in the integration of industrial robots. We aim to perfectly incorporate robots and always look for appropriate turnkey solutions. Our long-standing experience in robot integration allows us to realise projects to the complete satisfaction of customers. We are continuously searching for new techniques when it comes to hardware and programming for robot applications. Huigsloot Robotics bv actively participates in the field of automatic palletisation and de-palletisation, mechanical loading and unloading, product handling, plastic processing, assembly, etc.

    History

    Huigsloot Robotics bv was founded in 2000 by Hans Huigsloot. After completing his studies in Electrical engineering, he spent 9 years working as a maintenance engineer and service specialist for fork-lift trucks at Jungheinrich Nederland bv. He then moved to Landre & Glinderman in 1989, and has been involved in robot automation ever since. After gaining experience for 11 years, Hans successfully decided to start his own business in 2000.

    Activities:
    Intensive discussions are held with customers in order to identify preferences and possibilities for new and existing installations. New and used robots can be integrated into all industrial sectors. Huigsloot Robotics bv is able to offer designs for grippers, software development, project support, calculations for cycle time, optimised robot systems, maintenance services, training, 3D engineering and simulations.

    Intelligent robot deployment

    Huigsloot Robotics bv has developed an intelligent software tool which reads DXF files and extracts information when performing activities like milling, drill, engraving, deburring, plasma cutting, etc.
    The main advantage of this software tool is that it allows new products to be programmed very quickly, which makes it very suitable for single-item production. It is possible to incorporate various tools into the system. As a result, the robot can use a pneumatic device to easily change tools.

    This software tool has been specially developed for Fanuc-based robot controllers and can be modified to suit specific customer preferences.

    Huigsloot Robotics bv personally develops the software required for robots. We are familiar with various types of controllers, e.g. Fanuc, RH, RG, RJ, RJ2, RJ3, R30, etc. We programme Fanuc robots in Karel as well as TPE software.

    It is also possible to use touch screens when operating robot cells. We also have experience with the follow robot brands: ABB, Kawasaki, Motoman, etc. Naturally, we also possess know-how about various controllers like e.g. PLC's. In terms of machine safety, we use several brands of safety components, including Pilz, Sick, Leuze, ReeR, etc.

    Components:
    Huigsloot Robotics bv is an official dealer for all Fanuc robot components. We can thus offer you all parts for recent as well as older controllers. We offer a fairly comprehensive range and are able to deliver everything within a short time frame.

    Service:
    Due to many years' experience, we have gained considerable knowledge and become specialised in all Fanuc controllers. We realise that customers need to minimise downtime for their robot cells, and always prioritise malfunctions.
    We also offer support from our held desk, which includes Remote Service and communication via VPN.

    Maintenance:
    Naturally, we are also able to perform maintenance on robot systems which have not been realised by Huigsloot Robotics bv.

    Training:
    We offer training courses about operating and programming robots, identifying and resolving malfunctions, etc.

    3D robot simulation

    There is one major advantage of testing robot cells in a 3D environment: it allows one to select the best position for the robot. It also allows one to check if the robot can access all locations without colliding with anything. In addition, 3D testing allows the cycle time to be determined. Robot movements can be registered, so they can later be used in the physical robot cell. Furthermore, customers can see what the robot will look like.
